PROSTHETIC
Healing Caps

Healing caps are attached to the implant for a healing period of 6-12 weeks and emerge through the soft tissue to help create the desired emergence profile of the standard abutments.
Impression Coping
Impression copings are attached to the implant platform, and then an impression is taken to accurately record the position and orientation of the implant within the mouth. An impression can be made with an open or a closed tray. An open tray technique is specifically indicated, when the implants are not sufficiently parallel to allow an impression to be taken with multiple impression copings. The closed tray impression technique is used when the implants are sufficiently parallel to each other.

Straight Abutments
Straight abutments are used under cement-retained restorations, both single crowns and bridges. They are symmetric in shape and allow modification by the dental technician to achieve accurate fitting of the prosthesis. We recommend tightening the screw at a torque of 20 Ncm.

Ball Attachment
Ball attachment superstructures are intended for retaining a removable denture. They are attached to the denture through a nylon fitting that is embedded inside the denture and snaps over the ball.

Castable Abutments
Castable abutments may be used for casting individual and screw-retained crowns connecting directly to the implant platform. Our castable abutments are fabricated from Acetal polymer.

Angled Abutments
Angulated abutments are used when a the implant axis is deviated from the desired long axis of the restoration. Normally they support cement-retained single crown or bridges. These abutments are available with 15- or 25-degree angles. We recommend tightening the abutment fixation screws at a torque of 25 Ncm.

Multi-Unit Abutment Systems
Multi-unit systems provide a wide range of solutions for screw-retained restorations. The system comprises a full range of sizes for both the upper and lower jaws, both straight and 17-degree angulated abutments in a variety of heights.
